Talk to Rheumatologist on Fibromyalgia

i am a patient of fibromyalgia, taking dulan and lyrica, things had been going ok but lately ive gotten severe swelling all over my shoulders, knees , ankles and legs with severe pain. Hsd been taking tonoflex p, i thought this might go away in few days as this could be temporary, but its been almost 10 days, the threshold of pain is increasing day by day. Last night and today are the worst. Im walking as well but lately due to pain n swelling, its been very difficult to walk even normally. Could this be side effect of some other meds im taking like cipralex, qusel or alp? My body feels like shaking and jerking with involuntary movements as well. Plz suggest something for psin relief and swelling
