Foot Pain, Near Ankle, Turned Foot

AOA, yesterday I turned my foot and since that time having pain near ankle bone upper side , put some ointment and rested my foot high it\'s better but what should else should i do not moving much

Take proper Rest for 3 days along with ointment and Crap bandage (garam Patti).
if it does not gets better then have an appointment for me and visit me.

It could be an ankle sprain. Ice it rest it and see an orthopedic to be on the safe side

ankle sprain. needs rest. tab. voltral 50 mg twice a day.
