Talk to Rheumatologist on Hand Joint Pain

I am suffering from hand pain since two months. First I thought it is a muscle pain and occur due to wrong posture of sleep and heal itself. But its approx two months and pain still same. Note its occur only when I write something with pen, and I can't tilt my hand due to this. No pain in normal position. I checked to several orthopedic and general physican(because I thought it is a vein vericose problem) but no recovery found. Kindly help pls. Next week is my exams and I can't even write anything. Pls tell me is there anything from which I get can rid of this problem. Pls help. X-ray and X-ray report is attached.
