I am new mom. My daughter is 3 and half months (i had c-section)and she is on breast feed plus formula milk. The problem is i am having pain in my heels and ankles. Also having pain in my hand fingers. Pain got severe in the morning. Plz tell me if its vitamin D and calcium deficiency then should i take intigD tablets? And plz guide should i take one tablet daily or weekly? And plz suggest any multivitamins which is good for my health and baby’s health.

If it's morning stiffness and you have pain in small joints like hands , fingers and ankle..them may be it's rheumatoid arthritis or you may say inflammatory arthritis, book your appointment soo can guide you well..how to treat with some exercises, stretching and therapy at home ..plus you can take anti inflammatory drugs like brufen or advil.
