Talk to Rheumatologist on Joints Hurt With Activities

My joints are really weak. Whenever I play a sport they start hurting and it lasts for a week. My knees feel like they will hyperextend and break. My right shoulder is not stable, hangs low, is rounded and hurts, my right scapula is winging. I've went to a local orthopedic surgeon, who after x-ray said I'm fine. I also went to a physiotherapist but he said it'll take 20 sessions of ultrasound to fix (which I think is a scam). I also have a malabsorption disorder (tropical sprue).

Is there any solution for this or am I gonna live with this my whole life?
