I am 28 years old lady. I have a 14 months baby who takes morher feed. I am suffering from joints pains since two weeks. wrist,ankle ,elbow,knee all these joints are affected. sometimes I feel pain in muscles too. Moreover there are appearing reddish spots on m wrist joint and in palm too. all this happening for the first time with me. and no joints pain record in the family.

You need to make an online appointment with a rheumatologist. This sound like inflammatory arthritis with vasculitis. You need a doctor to see u ( online would be ok as well ) to get the diagnosis and correct treatment
Thank you for asking. This is most likely inflammatory arthritis and reddish spots are worrisome. you should make an appointment for detailed examination and appropriate treatment. if not possible to attend clinic you should make a telemedicine appointment.

Tests are RF, Ccp antibody, ANA ,ESR/Crp and a few more .. it may be better if you talk to the doctor first as it would help the doctor to be selective about the tests which are required
