Advise from a specialist will be appreciated. Around 1 year ago, I started feeling some discomfort and sometimes slight pain in my right knee, I got an Xray and Ultrasound done. The X-Ray came out fine however the Ultrasound indicated a minor patellar tendinitis. I started some physio however the physio did not help me much so I left it. In December, I got an MRI done and the MRI came up fine however just indicated that there is minor joint effusion. I was prescribed Osnate-D (2x daily for a month) which helped me a lot and my knee pain or discomfort went away. However, once this lockdown started, by staying home a lot, I have again developed a pain in my knee. This time it's a little different as I always feel it when I'm praying sitting. I have also noticed since around a year that I'm susceptible to minor injuries around my body if I increase my activity levels (I was never very active). I suspected that I have some sort of arthritis however all my tests such as X-Ray, MRI, physical
