I have chronic shoulder neck from 6 to 7 years. but after my marriage it has become severe. whenever i wakeup in Moring. my shoulder and neck are stiff and i feel extreme pain. from some months now i am feeling pain in hand and feet. when i wakeup. i feel swelling in my hand n feet. i even cant move my fingers. my finger joints pain extremely. and its a daily problem.
get an X-ray of you neck and then come to clinic for examination
this is likely inflammatory arthritis considering your young age. no advantage of X-ray at this stage. Get RA factor, and CRP test and book an appointment through Marham. you need to see a Rheumatologist.

I have pain in my shoulders more than neck. and my shoulders are always feel stiffness.

shoulder pain can come from neck.
same muscles working in both areas.
but If any doubt then don't get X-RAY yet. first get clinical examination
