Talk to Rheumatologist on Not Yet Diagnosed

Assalamu Alaikum sir. I am a 23 years female and have joints pain for 2 months. I suffer feom morning stiffness and pain in wrist knees ankles and some smaller joints of fingers and toes. I sometimes also feel swelling in my joints. My LFTs RFTs S.E RA factor are all normal. Hb 10.6 and TLC 10.4. I cannot make any possible diagnosis. I hope u can help me in this regard
