Talk to Rheumatologist on Numbness In Feet

Aoa. I have question. It happens very frequently, when ever I sit for around 4-5 minutes in a single posture My feet become senseless. This happens very frequently when I sit on floor and frequently if I use sofa or chair. And same is case with hands like if I am using mobile for 4/5 minutes in one posture, hand fingues becomes senseless but for less time period if I compare it with is no apparent issue in body. Iam married from last 12 years and having no kids. All reports are fine.

have you got your mri done ?? there seems to be a nerve compression and entrapment that needs to be addressed
