AOA hope you all fine i am suffering from pain from last week....many medicine try ....pain move from Right Side Back Shoulder Muscle to Arm Muscle...Even sometimes i feel my finger is sleeping.... Sialkot Dr. are not understanding....Even i cannot drive bike....in some words difficult to move right side due to severe pain...i have Blood Pressure Problem... already taking medicine from few days.... kindly suggest me ...about medicine in this situation....Shukriya
this is likely inflammation of shoulder muscles, try to avoid activities which increase your pain. try any pain medicine regularly to observe any benefit

This sounds like frozen shoulder ..u will need anti inflammatory medications like diclofenac regularly for a week or so along with physiotherapy exercises of the shoulder.. if there is no improvement then a simple injection into the shoulder helps ..please consult a rheumatologist .. if u can’t travel then an Online consultation would be helpful as the doctor can prescribe medications depending your other health issues and medications.
