AOA hope you all fine i am suffering from pain from last medicine try move from Right Side Back Shoulder Muscle to Arm sometimes i feel my finger is sleeping.... Sialkot Dr. are not i cannot drive some words difficult to move right side due to severe pain...i have Blood Pressure Problem... already taking medicine from few days.... kindly suggest me medicine in this

This sounds like frozen shoulder ..u will need anti inflammatory medications like diclofenac regularly for a week or so along with physiotherapy exercises of the shoulder.. if there is no improvement then a simple injection into the shoulder helps consult a rheumatologist .. if u can’t travel then an Online consultation would be helpful as the doctor can prescribe medications depending your other health issues and medications.
