Talk to Rheumatologist on Pain In Heels And Neck

I have been experiencing pain in both of my heels and pain in the center of my neck, around the spine. The heel pain is present in both feet, and the neck pain is mainly in the middle rather than on either side. I would like to know what could be causing these symptoms and whether I need a physical examination or any tests. I also having pain at the right side of back as well
