i am house wife, i have 2 kidz 7 and 3 my age is 29. i have started having pain in legs specially joints and the pain seems like some kind of restlessness and this makes me stay up for long hours at night. wrist pain and pain in finger joints.. should i take some calcium tablets?? please suggest me as this has recently started. thanks
