I had a sudden slight pain in my left knee joint yesterday afternoon . There is no swelling but now it is not bending and not carries no weight .There is pain as well in joint. kindly tell me what happens and its remedy . I'm so much worried about it

it may be meniscus tear pr ligament need proper assessment. visit a qualified physiotherapist in your city or nearby cities
