i am having pain in my left knee from almost one year . i am mother of 3 and having difficulty in my routine household work. its painful if i stand for long time or if i sit down while offering prayer. uric acid ,blood sugar, cbc all tests show normal result. this is my recent x-ray report. please guide
was this x ray done in standing position.
if you are overweight, you need to reduce some wright because sometimes more weight on knees causes this pain.
other than this, its difficult to comment on xrays without seeing patients or as other questions.

Get your RA factor Tested..take a few sessions with a physiotherapist or book online consultation with one....use knee grip...is there any swelling ?? is the pain radiating or only at one place ?? does it relief with change in position??
