Talk to Rheumatologist on Pain In Lower Back Left Side, Testicles And Calves

I have pain in left side of lower back, left testicles and going down to calves. Please suggest if this is anything related to sciatica, or anything else. My left leg gets numb sometimes. Please suggest if it something related to lower back disc or its the testicles that is causing the pain
