I am having a severe pain in my hand wrist joint since 1 day. Facing difficulty in writing as I can't able to grip the pen in normal position and unable to move my hand on paper, the writting is shaky. Kindly help me pls what to do?
you must have swelling of tendons in wrist joint.
give it complete rest.
apply any painkiller gel 8hourly
do ice packs
if no improvement, consult orthopedic specialist in clinic

take voltrol 50mgs one in the morning and evening after food for 3 days. apply deep heat cream for 3 days

Less usage of cell phone but more in writing, as I am student and doing assignments nowadays. I can't write anything due to this. Consult orthopedic in hospital but no improvement. Pls tell me What to do as I am having exams after few days and need to complete some work.

well a few people refer cts as writing inability or writer's cramp...to me its most probably a carpal tunnel syndrome and wouldn't heal on its own...you'll need to do a few guided exercises along with a few medicines...may i know the medicines you were taking

well neurbral forte is muscle relaxant and you have nerve entrapment so that wouldn't have any effect...Voltrol is simply a painkiller and calcium is a supplement
