Asking for Mother, Female, 51 years old, Fb area
My mother is suffering from primary sjogren syndrome. She is suffering from mild dysphagia and irritation in eyes. What should I do.
Assalam o Alaikum. You should consult a Rheumatologist and an Ophthalmologist as soon as possible. Till then you should start mother on 3 things
Artificial tear drops 2 to 3 times a day
A stomach cover(Omeprazol 20 or 40 mg depending on her dysphagia)
Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg daily(better to start this after having a consultation).
May Allah bless your mother with good health.

Since it is an auto immune disease. Homeopathy treats such conditions very effectively. plz book an appointment for consultation
My practice is in Okara, if you live nearby you can visit in person. Details are available on Marham portal. Otherwise, you can book an online consult.

Hi Tears
Eye lub
You can get any of these
But these are all basic Tears drops. If your mother has an advanced disease, she might need stronger meds which can only be confirmed upon detailed eye examination by an ophthalmologist.
