i have stiffness in left knee not so much but mild. and i have sharp pain on left side of knee. my fingers pointing the specific area. and on my right knee on the part where knee meets with hip. top side. also when i exercise sometimes my knee gets warmed up too. my family has arthritis history. i am worried if i have this too. kindly guide.
