Ristova is a Biological Disease Modifying drug and is very costly drug, so the decision about Ristova can not be taken online. These lab reports should be seen in context with clinical picture.
It's a modern approach to use Ristova in those RA patients who are not responding well to Conventional DMARDs. you ll get better results if combined with Methotrexate. as for as cost is concerned. it ll cost around 4 lacs only for a single course which will be effective for 6 months or so.
