I have severe pain in my leg and back. Usually the pain starts from lower abdominal and move towards back and whole left leg. I took pain killer and it get vanished. Mostly pain starts at fajar time. Someone said this is sciatica. Can someone please tell me what basically it is and suggest me a doctor in lahore
sciatica is uncommon at your age until you have history of trauma or heavy weight lifting. pain early morning is a very specific feature of inflammation in your back. this needs further testing and may need an MRI scan. you can book an appointment ASAP.

There can be 100 of causes why pain starts in legs and back, the common causes can be muscle Tightness, muscle weakness, spasm in muscles, fascia shortening, abnormal biomechanics, joint stiffness and many more ... I am patient of rhumaisum since 9 years, this winter I have start pain (burning) in ankles and hips, some time move back lower and knee. As per Rhurmotalogist using lefora 20 MG daily since 2 months. But still feel burning. Out of country Dr. Include anti malaria tab. Kindly advise for me lefora is enough.
