Aoa my mother has history of knee pain but it hot better with use of chondoitin sulphate.Now yesterday she developed very excruciating stabbinh pain in right knee even on rest.( doesn't get worse on movement). She is hypertensive so i used diclofenac 50 mg only twice and voltaren gel but it keeps coming bad.Pain slowly gets worse then settles down...then comes back in minutes.
give her tab. brexin 20 mg once a day in the morning after breakfast for 15 days. tab. neubral forte three times a day for 15 days.
she might get benefit from PRP injection in the knee joint. but that can only be done by specialist doctor.
