go to an orthopedic doctor. he will examine, do xray then get some blood tests. then it will be diagnosed.
if he can take some sample from knee joint and send to lab, that will give you 100% accurate diagnosis

mainy ek pani niklwa liya hai but doctor ny mujy kuch nai btya
