Talk to Rheumatologist on Whole Left Side Of Body Joints Pain, Frozen Left Shoulder, Swelling On Left Ankle

2 months has been passed in this situation that my younger brother is facing pain throughout the left side of body, specially all joints on left side. And shoulder is frozen, sometimes, after taking medicines like Repicort, neuromet, HCQ etc, shoulder works but with pain. Also swelling and extreme pain in left ankle. We have been referred to Rheumatologist(Dr. Ghulam Shabir, Multan) one month ago, but we have got the checkup date on 26th of November. Other all type of reports are good except ESR and CRP. Serum CRP report is attached below while his ESR is 87. Please help us to guide in this case further. Thanks in advance.
