_Assalamu alaikum. I am a 22-year-old man. I have been having nightfall for the last many years. Sometimes it happens twice a week, sometimes twice in one night, and sometimes once a week. It's causing me significant stress. I consulted a urologist 2 months ago, and he prescribed Tofranil and Tanvance SR 0.4 mg to be taken before bedtime. But after 15 days, the issue relapsed and continues with the same frequency. What should I do?
