Talk to Sexologist on Pain In Testical

Hi at the age of 10-12 i got swallon in my tastical and my tastical got swallon and after some time it got normal but i got too much pain and that one tastical got vanished and now i have only one and 1 year ago i did checkup to urologist and he said one is healthy and one is dead and i also told him that i got 1-2 minutes pain in that tastical and that pain is bearable and for 2 minutes i didn't move and it heal automatically and doc told me you can take panadol and sometime it occurs and two days it again occurs and after 2 minutes it got vanished but now my anxiety triggers and i want to know is it healthy or not? and will it worsen my marriage life or not i want guidance
