stammering can be cured successfully with regular speech therapy sessions....this is not any medical condition or any type of weakness as people think about it ...so get into speech therapy sessions as soon as possible because at the age of 3.2 years it can be cured within one or two months...

If your child has started disfluency only in the last month, just ignore it and listen to the child’s conversation completely without interruption or judgment. The most important thing is that if the child is not aware of the disfluency do not make them aware of it. Continue this practice for a month Insha’Allah, the child will cope with the situation. If the child is unable to cope then you should visit the nearest speech and language therapist.
