Talk to Neuro Physician on Lower Back Pain (may Be Muscle Spasm)

Got pain in lower back, its been two month. the pain is on the right side. took some pain killers no use, not being able to bend. consulted ortho and neuro specialists, but not satisfied from there treatment. I have MRI and Xray of my lower back. the MRI report say herniation in the L5 disc.
I travel by bike, my office is around 20km away
