Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Lahore

Hi Doctor, My age is 28 unmarried with Vitamin D and C deficiencies. Can I take these vitamins without any prescription. I had PCOS history. My brother is bringing vitamin D and C supplements from the UK. Can I safely take Vitamin D (2000–4000 IU) and Vitamin C (500–1000 mg) daily? I always feel tired less energy and sometimes severe hair fall.

Yeah you can take them. But you have to get proper check up for your tiredness. If possible, book an online appointment. Also check your CBC.
