Pls get her CT head/MRI brain as early as u can. Also get basic tests like cbc, crp, urine RE to see some exaggeration by infection. Without seeing a patient, it’s hard to comment but u can share her picture jab apko lagay munh terha hai so I can see whats wrong here

The most important thing to exclude is a stroke. Please get a CT/MR brain urgently. This will guide management thereafter.
