I have acne since when I was 10, I hit puberty at 11, And I've severe type of acne it's persistent acne it includes white heads black heads nodular acne pus filled it's painful even when I touch it , it's leaving scars , I've been to many dr then acne gets better for only 2 months then it comes again , IS THERE ANY DOCTOR WHO'LL CONSIDER THIS SERIOUSLY AND WILL PRESCRIBE ISOTRETINOIN??I WANT A PERMANENT CURE FOR ACNE WHICH IS RETINOID OFCOURSE BUT EVERY DR SUGGESTED ME ANTIBIOTICS WHICH ONLY HELPS FOR A FEW MONTHS , if there's any doctor who can suggest isotretinoin please reply , I'm alr visiting a Dr who's also giving me antibiotics. Those who can prescribe isotretinoin (oral retinoid) please reply.

I've already taken antibiotics, I've this acne since 7 years, I've been to many dermatologist and they suggested me antibiotics (azithromycin,doxycycline) it helped for only 2 months then when I stopped my acne came back , so I want a permanent cure not the temporary ones, ik the side effects of accutane , I just want to take this under prescription of Dr as it requires regular monitoring , I did research about it , my acne is persistent it's on my back and shoulders too and on my forehead , nose both cheeks , my menstrual cycle is regular so it's not hormonal , please help
