Talk to Rheumatologist on Autoimmune Disorder

السلام عليكم doctor, I need your advice. From last one month I am facing muscle stiffness. My knee is swollen, sometimes my neck also becomes stiff. My middle finger of one hand also gets stiff and swollen, then my hand does not stay straight, it remains bent. I also feel pain in my feet heels and I cannot walk properly. When I take medicines like Voltral or Rotec for muscle inflammation, I feel better, but when I stop, again the problem starts. Please guide me what can be the reason and what treatment I should follow?
