After blood transfusion my daughter is having high fever and she has TLC 12.2 in the recent report, her eyesare pale and urine is also yellowish in colour.what shoul i do for her

Hemolysis after transfusion (transfusion reaction)
Destruction of red blood cells : anemia + jaundice yellow urine, sometimes yellow skin/eyes
Can occur if there was mismatch or immune reaction.
Tests that should be done :
CBC with Hb, reticulocyte count
Liver function tests for bilirubin, ALT, AST, LDH
Urine test for hemoglobinuria, bilirubin, urobilinogen
Direct Coombs test for hemolysis
