For over a year, I’ve had persistent nasal blockage and swelling around the inner sides of my eyebrows. The area feels hard, like bone, and causes forehead pressure or headache — especially after bathing or weather changes. My mucus is mostly clear but sometimes white or yellow. An orthopedic doctor ruled out bone issues, so it’s likely chronic frontal sinusitis — long-term sinus inflammation causing pressure and mucosal thickening.
