Which Doctor To See For This Issue

Question

I have testicular pain more on the right  side (i also have 15 to 20ml hydrocile on right side but it refills after i got it drained)and calf pain on the right side only. I think it maybe due to some nerve getting compressed.

Can someone suggest me some doctor who can help me with this issue. I have taken pain killers for 2 years or so. They give temporary relief. I dont want any doctor who will suggest life long pain killers or surgery.

I have tried excersizes and they help temporarily. i have seen videos on YouTube that doctors in the US can check trapped nerves and fix them by adjusting them so they dont have adhesion. i want someone in Pakistan who can do this.

History of surgery varicose bilateral 2 years back. Followed by hydrocele. Testicular pain more on right side. Findings:

Termination: The cord terminates at L1.

Lumbar spinal cord / conus: Normal size, signal and configuration.
