these habits are clearly problematic, but you need to have a consultation with a psychiatrist to reach the diagnosis and treatment. we need to identify the underlying problem. such problems are generally treatable and not very difficult to manage.

Homeopath in Lahore - Prof. Homeopathic Dr. Syed Atta E Rasool Bokhari

walaikum us salam sister
Don't take any medicine especially that effect brain hormones.
First diagnose the actual problem then start treatment otherwise you will suffer from Drug Toxicity.
With respect to available information, you have PICA disorder.
Go for Iron Profile and Zinc Test too.
then book appointment.
in 100 Rs we are offering online consultation services.

Dear Madam. The habit you described is most consistent with pica or a stress related repetitive behavior, commonly linked to anxiety and long-standing habit formation, not calcium deficiency; especially since your tests were normal. It is not due to cervical spondylosis or nerve damage. The sense of relaxation suggests it has become a coping behavior.
This condition is treatable with proper psychiatric evaluation, behavioral therapy, and anxiety management. I recommend consulting a psychiatrist for structured treatment. Help is available. You are never alone .
