Did you have an ECG, Echocardiography , thyroid function tests and CP done. Other than that It looks like an anxiety cum gastric issue (Gerd etc)

ECG dekh k doc ny kaha apko heart issue nhi hy aur kaha echo ki bhi zaroorat nhi hy TSH unho ny karany ka kaha wo bhi normal hy.
