Tablet Citanew (10mg) say apko koi behtari mehsoos hui? Kia behtari mehsoos ki apnay? Ap din k time kasay masroof rakhtay hain apnay ap ko? 4 saal pehlay kia ap bilkul sahi mehsoos krtay thay? In 4 saalon may apki zindagi may kia tabdili aai ha? Konsi asi cheez ha jo apko sochnay pr majboor krti ha aur ghabrahat ki kafiat tari krti ha? Ap youtube say Deep Breathing aur Mindfulness ki techniques seekhain. Unko daily km say km 3 baar apply krain. Zahn may hr roz koi na koi baat aati ha jo perashani ka bais bnti ha. Os baat ko identify krnay ki koshish krain. Clinical psychologist k session say help lain. In Sha Allah, behtr ho jaiy ga. Ap ki saholat k liye meri aur meri team ki services hazir hain.
