Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Discomfort, Digestion, Gas

Medical history: Illness present for the past seven years; proper treatment has not been received so far.

Weight: Previously 52 kg, then 40 kg. now reach to 50 within 6 years.

Complaints:

Feels pressure in the stomach or indigestion after eating.

Experiences internal itching during urination and bowel movements. When trying to defecate, straining seems ineffective, as if the rectum is not functioning properly.

During travel, experiences gas in the stomach, but mostly just an odor; there is not much pain in the stomach or anus. Once or twice a month, experiences anal pain. Stool consistency changes frequently, not consistent. Occasionally, odor is released from the anus without gas, and if it starts, it continues. Last month, mucus was also discharged. Has difficulty sitting in public places or during travel due to embarrassment and anxiety.
