Talk to Gastroenterologist on Diarrhea From A Month

I was suffering from constipation and then I took laxoberon liquid for it and from that time I am suffering from diarrhea, it's been a month I am having diarrhea and it's not getting better I already took colofoc and libran around a month but no betterment now I am taking tab risek and smecta sachet, I only feel better for some time after taking Imodium, but it's not the permanent solution just to mention, I went to a cardiologist because my serum sodium level was below normal and he changed all my medicines like he changed my cholesterol and bp medicines, he is the one who recommended laxoberon liquid and since then I am having diarrhea and then he prescribed me colofoc and libran and ask me to keep on taking it, I also think that this diarrhea is because of that change previously I was taking ezyday 50 mg and fortias and then he replaced it with noclot, nobiloc, blaze, rolip-ex ( I am mentioning this as a history) Also to mention I am an epileptic patient as well plus, I am avoid
