Already Diagnosed With TB, But Again Swellen Lymph Nodes Appear On Next When Tested, Resulted As Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

Question

my brother was suffering from fever, back pain and sudden weight loss problems, after CT scans and biopsy it turns out chronic necrotizing granulomatous inflammation likely due to Tuberculosis. after getting TB medicines for two months he became a bit better but when third month starts he again become sick unable to get up and has sudden weight loss as well as two new sist on neck, left one get some slow over time but a new emerge as right cervical Lypmnode. again we went to a TB hospital and he got all necessary tests, in test there was no signs of TB. then doctor removed his right cervical Lypmnode and send for test from AFIP. as the result came it stated that classic Hodgkin lymphoma, mixed cellularity subtype.

Patient needs chemotherapy under supervision of some expert oncologist. Before that for staging purposes he needs PET- CT. Hopefully inshallah he will be ok with good treatment and response.
