Patient: 71-year-old female. Symptoms: Burning: Intense "heat" on the right side only (back, belly, thigh). Duration: Lasting 3–4 months; recently spread to the right shoulder and arm. Sensitivity: Skin is so sensitive she cannot bear the touch of her clothes. Physical: No visible rash; skin temperature is normal; no pain when pressing on the area. Labs: Serum Uric Acid is 8.6 mg/dL (High).
