Dear doctors my age is 36 and I am from karachi I developed a hemorrhoid/piles recently which is very very painful with blood sometime also some times there is an intestine kind of a thing comes out of my anas other then this hemorrhoid or piles note: I already had surgery of hemorrhoid 10 years before, can it develop once again and is it possible to get medicine through online consultation or should I have to take in clinic appointment
