Agreed with my other respected colleagues. Better to see any orthopedic or Spinal Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management.

According to your age , this issue needs complete assistant ,
coz may be the issue is not very serious but negligence is not good ,a checkup is must ,
