میرے دوست کو پچھلے 2 سال سے گردوں اور کمر کے نچلے حصے میں درد رہتا ہے۔ وہ ایک وقت میں 10 منٹ بھی کھڑا نہیں رہ سکتا، اور اس کی ٹانگوں میں جان نہیں رہتی یعنی کمزوری محسوس ہوتی ہے۔ جب درد شروع ہوتا ہے تو وہ زیادہ دیر برداشت نہیں کر پاتا۔ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ یہاں کے زیادہ تر ڈاکٹر صرف consultation کی بات کرتے ہیں، لیکن وہ پہلے یہ جاننا چاہتا ہے کہ یہ مسئلہ گردوں کا ہے، ہڈیوں کا ہے یا کسی اور بیماری کا ہے۔ براہِ کرم پہلے کچھ سوالات پوچھیں اور پھر ایسے ٹیسٹس بتائیں جن سے اصل مسئلہ کا پتہ چل سکے، تاکہ وہ صحیح بیماری کا اندازہ ہونے کے بعد ڈاکٹر سے اپائنٹمنٹ لے سکے۔ شکریہ۔

If you have low back pain and difficulty in remaining standing for any length of time then this is a problem of low back pain and nothing to do with your kidneys. The pain in these cases usually starts on heavy lifting and continues. At times pain radiates down the back of the leg and is known as Sciatica. This pain is not the result of bone disease but is caused by compression of nerve roots by a herniated ( slipped) disc that is a cushion between the vertebrae.
