Talk to Psychiatry on Cod Liver Oil Capsules

I want to take cod liver oil capsules whose potency is 500 mg. I am sharing the pictures of cod liver oil capsules and it is mentioned in the pictures that what is contained in these capsules. All the other details are also given in pictures. It is mentioned in these pictures that one should take 2 to 3 capsules daily with meal. Kindly check the pictures shown below and tell me that i should take 2 capsules of cod liver oil capsules 500 mg daily or i can also take one capsule of 500 mg daily. If taking 2 capsules are mandatory then i can take 2 capsules after meal or i can take one capsule after one meal and the other capsule after the second meal? I can also take 3 softgels of 500 mg after one meal? I am also taking the medicine of aripiprazole 15 mg daily in morning. I can take one cod liver oil capsule or two cod liver oil capsules with the potency of 500 mg before or after aripiprazole 15 mg? I can take cod liver oil capsules with aripiprazole or i should avoid taking cod liver oil
