Talk to Neuro Physician on Head Tremors Issue Where To Get Help?

Im 24 year old I have head trembling issues. I suddenly stopped psych meds after week of use in 2018 since i had these issues but they were minor now they are getting worse. When i sit straight with back touching chair my head is more prone to shaking and in social gathering it happens a lot. I have pressure/khichao in back of neck almost all time. Also my lips have pressure nd tremble too when smiling When i move my head to left or right vry slowly my head shakes in a no no position very badly. I consulted a movment disorder specilaist online she said its all functional/somatic which i dont believe can you help me on where to get help or what to do please?
