Salam, Mjhe cyst hain ovaries mein 2023 me pta chala.. Jab bhi dr k pas jati hon wo Ovasitol deti hein.. Ab 1 sal se mai nahi gayi dr k pas. Mai bio life k pcos sachet le rahi hon us se kafi behtar feel kr rahi hn. Rice or fast food choora hua hai or daily walk bhi karti hon.. Ab kuch dino se mere paaon ki talion me jalan rehti hai, Paon mein dard bhi rehta hai.. Or aksar neend se uthti hon to hath sun hota hai.. Or kabhi neend se uthti hoon to body harh feel hoti hai.. Kindly guide krein ye vitamin deficiency hai? Agar hai tou mai konsay blood test krwaon?
