Salam, need to know the cause of bone pain because it might be due to Gout, Rheumatoid arthritis or Osteoporosis in this age group so she need proper treatment of that underlying cause of bone pain. Her GFR is 35 ml/min that mean she has Stage 3 CKD, need to know the cause of CKD either Diabetes or Hypertension then she need further work up of Kidney disease.
