Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Severe Shoulder Joint And Full Arm Pain
Asking for Mother, Female, 54 years old, PESHAWAR
My mother has severe pain in her left arm and the main shoulder joint. Her shoulder joint hurts so much that she feels like someone has inserted a knife into it. The pain spreads throughout her arm. It's been years but this time the pain does not go away. Sometimes the midle 3 fingers becomes numb. She can't easily lift her arm upwards. Sometimes there's tingling. She has gone to a lot of arthopedics, physiotherapists. But nothing works. What should we do? She's in a lot of pain. Note. No cardiac history.

Need to establish the diagnosis, and source of pain . Either pain is coming from shoulder or pain coming from the spine taking into consideration of tingling or numbness in fingers.
Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management.
Meanwhile she can start following medicine
Ibuprofen 400 mg
1+1 after food
Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night
Nuberol forte
1+1 if more severe pain
